Beteta was one of those unexpected discoveries that transformed a simple weekend into an unforgettable family adventure.<strong> Between the imposing gorges of the Guadiela River and as a link between the Alto Tajo and the Serran\u00eda de Cuenca<\/strong>This small mountain village holds treasures that deserve to be discovered calmly and in the best company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How the idea came about<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It all started with a family conversation over a Friday dinner. \u201cWhat if we get lost this weekend?\u201d my youngest son suggested, with that innocence that only children have. <strong>We were looking for something different, <\/strong>a destination that combines nature, history and that special charm of the towns with a taste of authenticity. To enjoy the beauty of this plant, visitors can go to the fields of Beteta in late autumn and early winter, when the canes take on an intense reddish colour.
