The Clock Stone Viewpoint: A Gift of Nature
The Piedra del Reloj Viewpoint is one of the hidden treasures of the Serranía de Cuenca. It is a natural balcony that gives us some impressive views of the upper reaches of the Escabas River and an impressive panoramic view of the valley that occupies the El Hosquillo Park.
In order to enjoy the views and the tranquility that this place gives us, we have to take a short route, which, although somewhat steep, undoubtedly rewards us when we reach the top. We can enjoy the impressive forests and rocky cliffs that the Serranía offers us from the more than 1,500 meters above sea level.
How to get
If you want to visit this enclave you have to go to it Hosquillo gate, where there is a small esplanade to park our vehicle and start our tour, since the track that we must follow at all times comes from the same parking lot. This will be the one that takes us to the Piedra del Reloj viewpoint itself (approximately 1.5 km).
You will enjoy a place where, without a doubt, we can escape from everything and enjoy nature to the point of losing the concept of the passage of time, leaving us completely frozen in the face of so much natural beauty.
