A Walk Along the Guadiela River
This path, because more than just a viewpoint we have to talk about a complete path, part of the recreational area of the Fuente de los Tilos, on the banks of the Guadiela River in the middle Beteta Sickle, to end up looking over it from the Mirador del Armentero.
We say trail because it is the best way to get closer to contemplating the views that this Mirador de la Cueva del Armentero gives us. While we walk parallel to the bed of the Guadiela River, under a dense mass of vegetation that keeps us cool even on the hottest days of summer, while we are accompanied by hazelnut trees, willows, pines, poplars, poplars, hollies, boxwood; but without a doubt they will be the lime trees the ones that leave you fascinated.
To the Mirador del Armentero and Beyond
We pass through the Whore's Cave, another of the caves that give us very good views and many of the best-known places in this canyon carved out of limestone rock. To get to Armentero Viewpoint, you must take a detour that climbs steeply, presenting itself as a challenge of only 750 meters in distance but with more than 200 meters of difference in altitude. However, once at the top, the rewards in the form of views are incomparable, from here you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of the entire Hoz.
Discover unforgettable scenery and natural gems, every corner reveals the authenticity of the Serranía de Cuenca. Here you will find a selection of places you cannot miss.
