On the top of a mountain in the Serranía Alta of Cuenca stands an imposing iron cross painted white, known as the Cruz del Solán. From this viewpoint, you can enjoy impressive views of the Balneario de Cabras and the abrupt gorge sculpted by the Cuervo River. To the left of this cross is the site of the Castle of the Seven Counts, which we already explored on one of our previous routes.
