You will cross the Zafrilla river and you will begin to ascend towards the Ceja de la Umbría del Oso, which represents the highest part of this exciting route. From this natural watchtower, you will enjoy impressive panoramic views of the different valleys that make up the mountain region.
Looking in one direction, you will be able to contemplate the Rento de la Veredilla valley and Prado Redondo, a view that will leave you breathless. In the other direction, you will have a perspective of the Arroyo de la Recloba and Tierras Viejas, areas characterized byr almost bare rocky slopes adorned with old specimens of juniperIn the highest areas, you can see clumps of creeping juniper, creating an unforgettable landscape.
The Return to Zafrilla
After enjoying the views from the Ceja de la Umbría del Oso, you will embark on an exciting descent to the southeast, crossing lush pine forests. You will head back to the town of Zafrilla, where your cycling adventure through this beautiful corner of the Serranía will end.
