A circular route

This exciting trail of approx. 4 kilometers starts at the parking lot enabled next to the road that connects Lagunaseca and Santa Maria del Val (CUV-9031 road, PK 43). You also have the option of shortening the route by about 800 meters, adapting it to your preferences.

Along this interpretive trail, you will have the opportunity to see the torcas and other highlights of the region, including:

  • Polje El Hoyazo.
  • Torca by Miguel Orea.
  • Las Cabras Torca.
  • Uvalas, which are formed by the union of several nearby sinkholes, creating extensive depressions. Among the representative ones are the Torcas in Boca del Valle and Torca Larga.

In the areas near the torcas, hazelnut trees, Santa Lucía cherry trees and maples grow. On the walls of the formations, a rocky vegetation with species such as risca tea or rock potentilla.
